Improve data and information quality and availability, including through the use of FinTech.

A key enabler for green finance is accessible, equitable climate data. The Ministry for the Environment and MBIE have partnered with NZTech to establish a Climate Technology Roadmap to set the direction, identify opportunities and actions for the public/private sector.

NZTech needs help to identify technologies (digital, biotech, deep tech, hi-tech manufacturing and others) that will contribute to the country’s emissions reduction requirements.
